Delivery & Returns at Zoe Kay Jewellery

We aim to send all Jewellery within 1-4 days of order. If we can't send out your order immediately, we will email you with an estimated delivery date. We use Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class and Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed services to deliver your jewellery. On dispatch we will email you with information on how to track your order, which will require a signature on receipt.

All of our jewellery comes presented in a beautiful presentation box.

All jewellery will be shipped within 1-4 days but can take approximately up to 7-14 working days to arrive depending on your location and your local customs. When ordering goods from Zoe Kay jewellery for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Zoe Kay Jewellery, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

At Zoe Kay Jewellery we want you to be happy with your purchase. However if your goods do not meet with your satisfaction, please return your item to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. When returning jewellery, please ensure items are returned as sent, with all packaging and tags attached. Jewellery must be unworn and not modified. Please obtain a proof of postage for tracking purposes.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for Personalised or Engraved items as this is a unique piece of jewellery designed around your own specific requirements, we try to make our pictures and details as clear as possible so that our customers can see what they will receive before they buy.  For hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange the purchase of earrings.

Please also note that in the instance of bespoke jewellery designs made as per customer specific requirements, we are again unable to accept returns.

Please allow 10 days for your return to be processed, all refunds will be applied to the original card used to place the order.
