How do I contact a Personal Shopper?
Our expert team of Personal Shoppers have an indisputable passion for jewellery, and are available to help with any queries you may have by telephone or email. Please call 0800 644 0625. Do you offer an engraving service?
Yes. Zoe Kay Jewellery offer a customised hand engraving service for a selection of our jewellery. This bespoke service cannot be ordered online. Please speak to our personal shoppers to discuss the personalisation of any piece of jewellery. Call 0800 644 0625 or email email@example.com
What are the delivery costs?
We offer free delivery on all UK orders. We aim to send all Jewellery within 1-4 days of order . If we can't send out your order immediately, we will email you with an estimated delivery date. We use Royal Mail Recorded and Special Delivery services to deliver your jewellery, they offer a secure, insured and speedy service. On dispatch we will email you with information on how to track your order. For international delivery please call 0800 644 0625 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a quote.
Is the jewellery insured while its being delivered?
We insure the jewellery until it is signed for at the address you have given us for delivery. The jewellery is insured by us right up to the moment when you sign for it at the delivery address, whereby it becomes your responsibility.
How do I return an Item?
At Zoe Kay Jewellery we want you to be happy with your purchase. However if your goods do not meet with your satisfaction, please return your item to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. When returning jewellery, please ensure items are returned as sent, with all packaging and tags attached. Jewellery must be unworn and not modified. Please obtain a proof of postage for tracking purposes.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for Personalised or Engraved items as this is a unique piece of jewellery designed around your own specific requirements, we try to make our pictures and details as clear as possible so that our customers can see what they will receive before they buy. For hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange the purchase of earrings.
Before you can return an item you need to be issued with a RETURNS AUTHORISATION ID, which you can receive by emailing email@example.com
Please remember to include your authorisation ID, your name, address, telephone number and order number to ensure that your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible. All returns should be sent to:

Please allow 10 days for your return to be processed, all refunds will be applied to the original card used to place the order.
Zoekayjewellery.co.uk website operates 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Our official hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday although we are often here much earlier and much later.
Can I place an order by telephone?
Our opening hours are between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, when we are happy to answer any questions and take telephone orders. Simply call us on 0800 644 0625. If you are calling us to place an order, please have the item reference number ready which you can find on the product page. If you are ordering a ring you will also need to know what size you require.

You can pay for your jewellery in a number of ways...
1. Credit / Debit Cards: We accept all major credit cards and debit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Delta and American Express.
2. PayPal - Select this option as you go through the checkout process.
